It looks OK to be honest, all the weapons are very high poly which for this case isn't very good, for example, the sphere on the mace has way too many subdivisions for its own good, both of the swords handles look very high poly, the spikes on the mace does also have quite a few more divisions than they really need from what I can see, the handle of the mace, again, looks very high poly and so does the body of it.
If these are for FPSC poly count is really a big factor you have to consider while modeling, as it will affect the outcome of the weapons in the end.
Could you share some wireframe (Rather wireframe on shaded) shots of the model so that it will be easier to criticize?

Still, it's bad to have more geometry than you need to define an object, if it really won't matter in the end why have it? And the lower the poly count the better.

I'll be happy to try my hand at texturing it for you, but I'm not really good. I have some ideas that would look pretty cool, but I don't know if I could actually make them. Haha, that's always the problem with me .

I'd bump the poly count down to about 1k for FPSC, then make some Spec and Bump maps and use the BumpCubeReflectAlpha effect to give it some better definition.....
