Hello all....

Is it possible for a player to use dbPick to identify the limb on an object?

Example... using a sphere as a planet. Pasted a city (box object) onto the planet using a limb. Player clicks on the planet and it's object number is identified. dbPickObject doesn't seem to be working. Any other options?

Don't know if the dk plugin is available (for DGDK), but you can use the Limb position commands to obtain its position. With that, you can:

- put an invisible object there and pick for it
- project the coordinates to the screen and compare with the mouse position

There could be more ways too
