Dark GDK / Bloom Shader won't work

I`m trying to implement into my scene bloom effect for all the objects, i`m still new to the shader thing and don't know if i made this right but can anyone show me what i missed because nothing changed in my game and i get an error "GetVector does not exist" and when i look in a certain angle i see the quad textured all over my screen.

Here is my code:

In the same scene i have implemented Fresnel Water using cameras 1 and 2.

You need to change 1 to 71.

Thank you General Reed that solve the "GetVector" problem but i`m still not seeing any change in my scene, i just get a textured plain all over my screen when i look in a certain angle like in pic1.jpg that i attached.
Did i miss something to add in the code ? I really want to add bloom to all my scene.

No probs.

I cant really do much about the other bug, unless you show the loop where the shader is updated. If you are not updating the camera position + angle and the quad position + angle, then thats the problem.

Please send me the update routine, for this bloom shader, and i can help more.

Can you show me an example of update code to update the whole scene with bloom please, if that is not too much to ask.
