I am a noooooob. i want to make a game where do i start,
how about DarkBasic, ill make my own mario cart.
the showcase looks good. i love the little border.
It sais it's easy and fun.
I click to place my order.
I want to make a pretty game. so i can show my mom.
O WAIT here comes an email. from Rich@darkbasic.com
i open the box, rip the paper in all my hype.
Then when i open the program. theres nothing but a black screen where i have to type.

this shit is no fun.
i have been learning for two months.
i still can't make a gun.
I have to go back to first grade. to learn my abc.
because for me.
i cant get past X Y and Z.
I dont mean to be annoying. or to be a lamer.
I have to watch what i say or the post gets delted by RPGgamer.
i cant do nothing im to dum. im sick i almost hurled.
well i can do something. I can make it say "hello world"

Shockingly, Exeat is the only peron here whose post I would not like to comment on in a manner far from positive. Well, I don't mind doublecrosser and yellow, but....

First of all, to the original poster:

Programming takes brains. It's like learning to do anything. You can't learn to ride a bike with your eyes glued shut and complain about having to look around. You can't learn to play chess if you refuse to move your arm because that's too much work. Got it? If you don't have any brains, which I'm sure you do-- you just may have lost them-- buy some more. I've seen used brains at Best Buy for $4.99.
