Dark GDK / dark matter 1,2 and 3

There was an old post but it spoke about 'dark matter' only. Can dark Matter 2 and 3 be loaded into the DarkGDK? The Dark Matter 2 and 3 says DarkBASIC professional is needed and not Dark BASIC.

If I remember correctly, Dark Matter is just a grip of models and textures. If thats the case, they can be loaded into DB Pro, Classic, and Dark GDK without problems.

I can't see why they would say it's specifically not compatible with DBC, where the models are just .x...

EDIT: What's incompatible is the sample source code for how to use the model's animation. You would just need to convert that code to C++ w/DGDK from DBPro.
