Ok, I read in a totally seperate thread about when you build the executable for the game, the FPSC icon for the exe is visible and also shows in the properties of the file.

HOW do you remove this? CAN you remove this? Someone mentioned a program called phoenix i think, but google doesnt show me anything.

Anyone with any ideas on this please?

First, i think you might get a better response if you post in FPSC chat. Also yes you can, make your own icon right click on the application and their should be an option to change the icon. Phoenix has been discontinued but if you search the forum there should be a thread with a link ti the website if it is still up.

Ok, apologies for posting in wrong forum.

Question though...HOW can you change it?... Right click on the exe file and then what? There are no options to change it, no target as you perhaps are thinking of.

Perhaps its just me not seeing the obvious?

sorry, im on my mac at the moment so i cant investigate further, if that is the case and there is no option to change it, make a short cut to the exe and im pretty sure you can change the icon of a shortcut.

Yes but the whole idea is to remove any trace of the FPSC and the icon I would like to change as well. Creating a shortcut is one way, but you cant move the exe file as that will and does produce a runtime error.

So....is it possible to do?

Ok just had a quick gander at theexe files and it doesnt seem to be possible unless you find the icon image and replace that using the same name, havent been able to find the icon image tho....
