You see i am not gonna use the website for making money, im gonna use it to make fpsc a bigger product where you can have a site like IGN where all games are going to be there and everything, plus no one is bill gates here so i hope he dont charge an arm and a leg for it...why would he anyway, he said he is not doing anything with it anyway....

i can show i know what they are doing, im launching my game site in january as part of my company 4THLEZ LTD(Yes Fully Registered) ive attached my logo for 4thlez Games which i think its slick n hot...
I am also an event organiser and have been for 7 years so im looking to open a games department in the company...

Sorry for the delay there. Your offer was a bit low-balling. Actually quite a bit. The right domain name for your product or idea can be as valuable as the product itself. I realize not many people using FPSC are rich, but that's no reason to sell my property for next to nothing. There is a reasonable price, but it's substantially higher than your offer.

How come you don't just change it to .net or something? Technically it's emulating the idea, but you're not stealing his name because it's unimaginable that he's the only one who really thought of that name:

I'm sure at least 2% of the FPS Creator users out there wanted to use this same name for their sites or something..

You don't HAVE to use the name.. just change it up a bit.

I make myself cry sometimes, then I tell myself to suck it up, but I never listen and end up cursing me out.

Just to raise a point, IGDN is not FPSC-dedicated. It is for indie game developers from all viewpoints around the world. FPSC is only one of the aspects, and it is actually starting to die in the forums. 3D modeling and game development (using platforms other than FPSC) are most popular as of right now.
