3 Dimensional Chat / Segment Trouble

I have created 2 segments. using 3ds max 8.
The segments look fine in fpsc, but when i run the game a strange thing happens. when I walk from a "strait" to a "corner" segments disappear. I have a video and screen shots, any help would be create.

You would probably get a better response if you posted this in the FPSC section, seeing as yours is a problem with the engine.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order, like they should be.
