What happened to the thread, and when is it exactly coming out?

Welcome sir, to The N64 Emporium!
How would you like your games? Jagged, Slow, or Blurred?

When Lee finishes it.

Be patient.

the Migration is where Lee is basically back tracking FPSCX10 to FPSCX9 therefore we are getting a lot of the cool features that are in X10 in X9 yay lol.

I have to admit i have been thinking the same, i thought there would be some beta releases by now but i am sure he is somewhere deep within the cave of coding lol.

When it makes it's debut, I swear my baritone voice will quickly go soprano as I squeal with girlish delight. Knowing the potential existence of the migration makes me feel like a small child waiting for Christmas. I can't wait!

He hasn't even started yet, be patient.
How I know he hasn't started yet? Because he told me, and he is gonna make it with a new version of DarkBASIC Pro, for new speeds and stuff.

According to Newsletter #61 (February 2008)
"FPSC V2 Update - major features from X10 after DirectX9 migration work, mid-2008 (perhaps sooner)"

http://thegamecreators.com/data/newsletter/newsletter_issue_61.html

Rampage, it's hard to believe that they have not even started working on it yet after announcing that about 9 months ago...

If that is the case, then I think it should be addressed in the next newsletter. If there are problems or it's going to take much longer (from now), I totally understand that they are busy, but it would be nice to know a general timeline or idea so everyone that is really looking forward to the migration is not kept in the dark.

I would just be extremely happy at this point with ragdoll and better AI

I remember reading that v2 may be out for the holidays (meaning Christmas/New Year's). Don't rely on me, though, because I have been known to be unreliable at times. *hint, hint*
