Dark GDK / Error Code 2356

I have received the following error message when trying to install Dark GDK:"The installer has encountered an unexpected error when installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The Error Code Is 2356." I have Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition 2008 and just installed the DirectX SDK. WHat does this error code mean and how should i fix this?

The Problem is resolved, the file was corrupt

Wait, nevermind! The file still isnt working. I'm trying to fix this error but I can't understand how, this is what I found about it:

ERROR CODE:
2356
Message:
Could not locate cabinet in stream: [2].
Remarks:
When troubleshooting embedded streams, you may use (WiStream.vbs)->http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa369789(VS.85).aspxto list the streams and use (Msidb.exe)-> http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa370083(VS.85).aspxto export the streams.
