The only problem is that eFx mod isn't supported on a lot of video cards, and you can't use the free version for anything other than your own enjoyment (read: you cannot distribute games, either for or not for profit, if made with the eFx mod).

That's wrong.
You can distribute games if they're non-profit.

The ONLY Limitation is: you can't sell your games/enter in a game contest.

Maybe you should test your reading abilities if they're working correctly...

My bad - you can distribute if not for profit. But that still doesn't take away the fact that you need a pretty decent (fairly high end) video card to use it.

You can only use 1 mod at a time, but here are some brief discriptions of each of the ones I know enough about:

1. Ply's Mod
Enables dual wielding and adds many extra scripting commands. Contains Airmod features.

2. EfxMod
Provides incredible graphical enhancements. Contains Airmod features.

3.Airmod(Not reccomended because Ply's and Efx both have it)
Enables down the sights aiming if you have animations set up.

I'm not an expert, so I probably missed some stuff, but that's what is most important to me about each of the mods.

Maybe you should test your "nice" abilities?

Not really the "only" problem with it but definitally a big one.

I think the best thjing about efx is their customer service. Not only do you get an answer to your question but it comes pre-packaged with an out-of-the-box insult to boot! How awesome is that?

Get a good water decal, place it where you want water, and add a floor of invisible segments under the water. It will look like your just walking, but its something I guess.

No, even better, I made a system for the player to float in water, and even be pulled by currents! It makes the player drift lazily through the water, you can edit the settings for more agressive water flow if you want.....

It requires Ply's Mod though, I can post it up if you want....
