Hey guys, Im new to FPSC from SW, and I was wondering how u make/get a door to work. See, when I put in a door against a wall leading to another room, I open the door, but theres wall there where the whole to the room should be.

Plz help!

New to FPSC from Silent Walk and loving it!

Did you use the "Segment" Door or the "Entity" door?

To cut the hole in the wall, you need to use the segment door.

@Eclipse 914,

You were using an 'entity' door. Unfortunately, that door type does not work. You need to select the 'Segment' tab and place a segment door instead. Entity doors are for being placed, for example, where you want to give the impression of a door having being blown from it's hinges to the ground.

Also make sure you are using rooms, and not just a wall.
