hi every1
i've seen this vid on utube

and i read about lemur v2 in this forum the poster said, no water no gloom no..

so is this mistaken for a new version? or it's another mod? if so what is it (it's not efx i guess)

The graphical mod is dead. Use efx mod for that...
The Lemur project is still alive I think, it remains a multiplayer plugin, and resides inside S4's very own S4mod. (which also includes major performance upgrades)
It is known that Lemur is still in development by URLForce, who is currently writing up Lemur Version 4, although we haven't heard from him in a long while now...

it's not for sale, but you can get the non-profit version for free
