Where can I find a program to record a mono tone voice for lets say an AI or something similar to that? Need a robotic sound to it.
I'm looking for a free program although I may use a commercial as a last resort.
Thanks for your help!

Well, that's not precisely anything I know about, but I think that you could try using a vocoder or a pitch editor (maybe both) on a recording of your own voice. You could google for these; I think one is included in Magix Music Maker. Or you could just use the SAPI speech generator to get that really artificial voice; there are several voice packs to be downloaded from here and there in case the default ones don't quite sound right. Again, google it.
