Do model packs work with the free version of FPSC?
Also, I'm planning on getting model pack 3, which is an urban setting, right? I want to have an urban/city level, is it worth it?

Yes, and in my opinion Model Pack 3 is the most valuable, useful, massive and best model pack you should purchase.

Although the model packs work with the free version, you should really purchase the whole thing. Most people only see that the upside is being able to build your games, but what they don't tell you is that you can also edit the global settings. Set a different skybox, change ambient lighting, and all kinds of other stuff.

Purchase the whole version - you won't regret it.

No, I purchased the build game upgrade at the store. Is there much of a difference between the entire game and the build game upgrade?

Also, I thought you could always change that terrible grey sky? You can't with the free version? And no, I don't have x10, I have the free version with the upgrade. Is there any difference?

I think you can change the sky in build game.

The full version has additional stock media, but you won't be needing that as you'll be creating your own models & media.

The stock media is only WW2 & Sci-Fi, i'm sure you'd want to create games other than WW2 & Sci-Fi so you will create your own models. But there's also model packs that you can buy and use in your game.
