I've recently installed both with no problems.
The Dark DGK stuff is in the 'Wizards' bit on the left of the New Project Dialog box.

The Wizard Templates are in 'Dark GDK' Folder in 'Visual Studio 2008' (I just accepted the default install locations)
This seems to be a copy of the 'Wizards' folder in "C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\Dark GDK\Wizards" (Again default locations)

Hope This Helps

Visual Studio 2008 Express and all of its individual components have lately been upgraded with their own SP1 (it has nothing to do with any service pack for the operating system).

When you download any of the components like VC++ you currently get the version that they call VC++ 2008 SP1 Express.

There is no problem installing DGDK onto this newer version. It installs exactly the same as before.

I had this problem with Vis2008 and Vista. I simply had to restart Vis as an administrator and the Wizards made an appearance.
