This happens to me too and I'm using S4Mod.
You can replace the default bullet holes (bulletholes.dds) with prebulletholes.dds. Backup "bulletholes.dds" and rename "prebulletholes.dds" to "bulletholes.dds" (no quotes). It would make it less noticeable.

If I were you, I'd see a doctor if your vomit looks like that. Seriously, I think you have a serious problem.

Is that an overlay, or actual blood from a character? because as far as i know, blood from characters finds the nearest wall?

So, if its an overlay, may be the texture of it, or if its unlikely from a character, im not sure.

Replace the blood decal with a different one... probably one without the stock alpha around the edges. Errant AI told me that he did that and the blood he uses looks just fine.

I had this problem also, but when I bought a new PC, the problem was gone. So my suggestion is to buy a new pc (haha) or reinstall your FPSC

Buying a new PC seems a rather costly option.

I think re-install FPS Creator may do it..

It's the version you are using. Update FPSC to v1.09 or higher. Otherwise, wait for Plystire to release a 'Ply's Mod' for v1.14

Scorch/bullethole decals (bloodsplats) in FPSC mods get fairly hosed because they clamp the alpha to 1 bit. If you replace the decal with either the one included with mp9/10 or the Rampage modded one it will at least loose the milky outline but will still not look great. Don't know if it would work because I haven't had time to mess with it but I think if the bullethole.dds was increased in size by 2x or 4x it could look a lot smoother on the edges and work better with the 1 bit alpha limitation brought on by the 1.07 source.
