You can't make a variable name out of a string.
Since you already have an array a, why don't you just make erro an array as well?
That would solve everything

The reason your code does not run is because of this line:

if a(x)=74 and "erro"+str$(y)=46

You were trying to compare a string with a number.

Try this:
