I like the carbine, it has a slight post-modern look to it....

Are these for DBP or FPSC?

Im not sure, I was going to make a DBP game with them however I might release them for FPSC once I've completed the whole pack.

I would round the top of the pistol to make it less blocky (notice that most pistols have a rounded top that follows the shape of the barrel)

Yes, but I was following the style of the other laser guns which are blocky. But I will make a variation with a rounded top.

The texture on the Scorpion may not be the final version because its the first real texture i've done.

The scratches I know are abit OTT but I thought I would texture it as though it had been through alot. The guns would be dropped and scraped across things. I went for the look that the guns were not properly looked after. But anyway it's my first proper texture so I know in future

First of all, you have some insane texture stretching on the handle on that scorpion of yours, and adding scratches to a solid color doesn't make a good texture, it needs a lot more detail.
And on to the models, they are very basic, mostly beveled primitives seemingly, which isn't a very proper way of modeling, and the cylinders you use all have too many divisions. And you seem to model screws and such things that are completely unnecessary to model seeing as you can just texture it in. Also looking from some of your screenshots your models have been triangulated, which I wouldn't suggest doing until you're completely certain that you have completed your model, seeing as it's a lot harder to work in a triangulated mesh.
All in all they look alright, you're probably new to modeling and with that in mind they look just fine. Just for the future take all the points I've posted above in consideration and always provide wireframe shots of your model, as it helps us criticize.

Alucard thanks for the constructive critism. I will take into account what you have said. However this is my first texture so by saying it isn't very good isn't helping. But I accept this. Also the solid colour is becuase in real life the gun is simply one colour. And I tried to referance this. Also I am relitivly new to modelling. Again I am new to this so I decided to put in the screws to save me messing up the texture.

I will post a wireframe when I have the time. Another thing is that they are blocky because in real life that is how they are. My galil I made isn't blocky becuase I made that realistic, the same with these guns.

To wrap this up I will take what you said and hopefully it will help my modeling in the future.
