I am using the 1.13 update, and almost every time i crouch after running or walking, i take a small amount of damage
note that I am not crouching under something, there are not even objects there, just a plain floor!
Whats happening??

Quick question, is this after you have gone down a flight of stairs? Sometimes the engine sees going down stairs as 'falling' and gives the player damage; crouching just adds to the fall damage, even if it occurs after going down the stairs. It's almost like it adds the amount up. Try setting your fall damage number higher. That may help.

Don't just say No it can't be done. Think outside the box.

I just found the answer, yes Disturbing 13 it was the falling damage hight!
It was set to 20, i've set it back to 100 and it's cool now

Thanks for the quick reply!

BTW is there a way to set up the falling damage amount, cuz its set to some default value whatever the hight may be

As far as I know thats the primary way to change it, but don't worry, when you build your game it will retain the number you put in. Glad to help.
