does anyone know how to make a decal have all of the same proprites of a entity for example: with a decal you can only change the name and the scripts.with a diffrent obj(not a decal)you can edit the texture the effect, the heath, ect. plz help

Actually good question, but no, as far as I've gathered, decals are hard-coded to be the little animations and nothing else.

Be a little more specific in what you are trying to do with the decal, as far as decals go they are animated frames, any f/x or textures you want will be contained in the anim, if you dont want to use the stock you will have to purchase or create your own. You can spawn and destroy decals same as any other entity, if you want to use health on a decal use an invisible wall to take the hits and destroy the decal when the wall is destroyed.
