I think you just have to put a diwnload up, and they dl and play from their comp

Executables can't be played through a website.

If you're wondering how to get it on your website then it would depend on who is your host. Most website hosts have an FTP interface, you would need the address and password to your site, then everything from there is drag and drop.

It is possible, if you were a hardcore java/DHTML scripter. If you did a quick search on google, and had your own server and stuff, I'm sure its possible dude.
