hi, i know how to bake in blender (by theory)

however when i attach my texture onto my model it doesn't use the UV map to apply the texture, and it looks all wonky.

how can i fix this?

also, when ive baked, how do i save the texture again?

Thanks,
Ocho

Make sure you've pressed the "UV" button in the Map Input window.

In the UV/Image editor window, you should be able to save the baked image.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order, like they should be.

Had a bit of a geeze and it doesn't seem to be unwrapped properly. Have a look for Blender Unwrapping Tutorials, and give them a go. When I get home, I'll quickly unwrap this for you...

Mind if I ask why you made it so massive? I tried to add a camera so that I could take a look, but I couldn't lost it in the space.

When I go into UV mode it doesn't look like you unwrapped it at all. I recommend reading up on how to make seams and cut it up correctly. Judging by the texture you only want to texture the tunnel, not the i beam or the pipes. Make separate materials for the pipes and ibeams, that way you can just unwrap what you want, probably with only two cuts.

Nothing is impossible
