I Haven't The Foggeyest How To Make And Import Segmants Or Anything Else To FPS Creator. Can Someone Help Me Out Please

there is nice program, on the fpsc website, go there to the tab files, all the way down, you will see a download, Segment Editor, it includes also tutorials

Alternativly there is a way easier program to use called Signs. It's very easy to use, and I reccomend buying it
