Is it possible to make outdoor content? i mean like make a terrain in Terra or something then use it in FPS creator to create outdoor war games? or is it only avible to be inside in fps creator?

Outdoor games are not too fun to make for a newbie. They tend to lag and are difficult to make realistic. I'll give you a few links to a few threads that give outdoor content.

No it is, you just have to import it correctly. I don't really know how though.

Candles has released three tree packs in the Models and Media forum (where you probably should have searched for outdoor stuff).
You can make decent outdoor levels with FPSC.It's all about level design and optimization.
There's everything from rocks to roads in the Models and Media forum as well as the TGC store.

This is the closest I came but FPSC collision doesn't support enemies with large meshes so only viable for a multiplayer game.
