Blender has a built-in sculpting mode.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order, like they should be.

People like to think that Blender is hard to learn considering its UI sort of scares you the first time you see it, but just watch and read some tutorials and you'll learn it super quick.
I learned it in like 3 days, it's not hard.
