Dark GDK / C# DGDK .net Runtime error

I get this message on the InitializeComponent(); function when running a newly created DGDK application.

[codeCould not load file or assembly 'DarkGDK, Version=1.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e5d518e3875aacb1' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

The sample EXE's installed work fine??????

C# Express 2008 (sp1), Windows Vista 64, DX 10 installed, NVidia 8800 GTS, E6850 proc, 4 gig memory.
