Hi all,
since there's no way to exchange models for FPSC credit can I exchange them with other members for designs they bought from TGC?

You need to check the license of the particular model in question. If the license says that the model may be redistributed, then you're all clear.

That being said, I think that you shouldn't just give away a model that you purchased just so someone else you know can have it.

You... probably shouldn't... sounds a bit fishy to me.
