Yes, you can.
U have just to change the eyehud.
U can to this, if you go into the Folder files, then gamecore then huds and change the eyehud.tga or dds file with an other Hurtscreen. Or you run FPSCreator, goes to Create Game, Level Options and then Global Script, in one (Chase?) you´ll find Hurtscreen or something like that, there you can chose a screen you want. (I don´t know if everythin is write, I´m german and I´ve got the german version of FPSCreator)

butter fingers also made a damage system that can be found on his site, if you are intresteed in it of course search his name and youll find his site
