I apologize with all my heart and soul for being a computer newb, but I come to you with a question:

How do I save Microsoft Anna voices from the text to speech thing. And once I do, could they be used in the Sound Triggers?

Use a free recording program such as Audacity. Just Google it. You can record sound directly from the computer. They certainly can be used in sound triggers, though I don't know about any legalities of doing so... if there are any.

I must thank you, wise sage for giving remedy to my problem. I have fully mastered Audacity, and am now able to put in a bunch of voices and sounds
