switch the .x file, there should be another in the guns folder

Yeh, it actually isn't difficult - use some iniative.

Ok, so I look in the weapon folder. Interesting. There is a file named "1911 READ ME!".

I read it, and it explains there are alternative versions. One is named "HUD_with torch.X". I know, I shall rename that "HUD.x". And there, it works.

What happened to natural curiosity? Next time before you ask a question, just look at the files first.

If you don't know your way round the files, now would be a good time to learn. Learn where entities are kept, segments, scripts. Then start changing things. Alter a texture, make a new segment.
