Hi

I'm trying pack my models, textures, sprites and other files to 1 pack file. This file can be .pak .rar or some one other but must be safe I was trying with

dbOpenToRead ( 1, "pliki.rar" );
dbMakeMemBlockFromFile ( 2, 1 ) ;

but i have error : 'dbMakeMemBlockFromFile': identifier not found

I dont know what is wrong, in help i read i need get bytes but i dont know where. Is this good idea for packing files?? Meybe are other idea how to safe files and load in Dark GDK ???

Sorry for my english

Your problem is a syntax error, dude. dbMakeMemblockFromFile, not dbMakeMemBlockFromFile.

It is still not working :/

Visual Studio compilated but dark gdk was not loaded any one file .

I tried with
read dir block, make directory, i changed adress

dbLoadObject("fox.x",1); ->
dbLoadObject("pliki/fox.x",1);
and
dbLoadObject("pliki.rar/fox.x",1);

but it is not working too

Please if you can write me simple code how to do it

"molebox" is a commercial product.

Is there nothing that is free or open source that could do what the O.P. wants?
