I am using Pandasoft's X exporter and the animation is physically on the bones when I export it (even though exporting bones is unchecked) and not on the model. Is it because I am using the skin modifier? Physique messes it up completely and I can't find the option of "edit envelopes" with it. Any help?? Using the kwXport messes it up even more, so I can't do that.

I never got skinning working using the Pandasoft exporter. But for me the kw Xport one works perfectly (using the Skin modifier). A lot of the issue (this goes for both exporters) is the options you choose, and also some slight quirks with how you need to set up your scene for certain things. Let us know what export settings you're using and perhaps a description of what it's messing up

With kwXport, it sets the parts of my character all over the place, and with the Pandasoft one, the animations work, but the bones are exported and the animation is on the bones instead of the mesh.

For Pandasoft: Bones not checked, and save settings not checked, flip normals off (+custom normals off), optimize mesh normal, animation is sampled, key seq. and matrix, convert texture map, and format png dont overwrite, text file, sub frame hierachy (needed for animation), left-handed axis, and include animation options off.

For kwX: export normals + colours, make Y up, export right-handed mesh, export materials, export animation (stretch time to 2)

For Pandasoft - I use it with no problems. It sounds like you don't have the bones hiden when you export. the export app will show all objects that are visable.

Yeah, as long as you have skinned the model with the SKin modifier it should work, physique is not supported with Panda, which is a shame because its superior.
