I have taken the liberty to petition the choice to discontinue the EFX Mod download, as I think that it will be most beneficial to this community. Why? Because I personally think that one report of abuse should not cast a shadow on us who respect the creator(s) more than that.

If you would like to see the mod available again, sign the petition below:

I hope people do realize that IP's are logged on that site, and are submitted towards abuse reports, and if necessary, your ISP can be contacted over it.

lol, wow, surprised DG or NH has had nothing to say here, In all honesty I would have expected something along the lines of "We realize it's a popular mod, but when it comes down to it it's our decision and our decision is final until further notice"
