you will get a response if we think there is something we can say. Until now there are things i know, but i can`t say. So all of you just can wait until Nighthawk or me say something!

Nearly all of us respect TOS's and agreements, so punishing us for some idiots move is kinda wrong, but I understand your reasoning nonetheless.

Someone called Reza Igi deliberately ignored the license agreement repeatedly, so Nighthawk and the other people at Helix Software withdrew from development.

Thought I'd just mention that the petition has reached 100 signatures.

And it's partially my fault.

I'm really, really, really sorry guys, but I tried asking GamerDude to speak properly when it escalated a bit. I think it got locked becuase he posted the email I sent him, but I kinda started it. I'm on post approval now to pay for that I think, and I'm accepting this punishment.

Sorry once again, and please don't bring GamerDude into this, he's realised that what he was doing was annoying, and has stopped doing it.

No, we would like to limit the signatures to just one per user, else people can continuously sign, thus proving nothing.

Nobody ever said he is going to let us use it again, the whole point of this petition is to show him that not all people are idiotic abusers, though it guarantees nothing.

As awesome as Helix are, they are being quite stubborn...

What the HELL? The only person who's being a retard is Reza Igi. We all support EFX mod.

It's annoying me that one person disobeys the rules, and then you immediately think we're all that bad?

Think about this for a minute. What Reza Igi is doing is illegal, and not just illegal because of EFX mod. He's not allowed to use the Windows logo unless he talks to Microsoft, and Microsoft won't let him when they find out it's an illegal game.

Helix, seriously, Errant AI, Bond1, Jon Fletcher all have their media pirated. How is this any different? They don't immediately think 'Oh my god! Someone is doing something illegal with our stuff! I'd better take it off the market immediately to stop it from happening!', they just lighten up and admit that no matter what they do they can't stop it from happening.

Helix, with all due respect, while I stand with you on this matter, I think you need to lighten up.

I'm locking this thread now. I can people are starting to get a bit frustrated from the lack of response from EFX developers, and I don't want this to turn into a flame war.

They are aware of this petition so they know people want the mod. The ball is now in their court.

If you are worried that people won't know about the petition because this will fall off the first page with no new posts then post a link to it in your sig
