Read their Terms of Service, because only the creators of the models can give you permission to redistribute for resale.

Quote: "

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any portion of Google services, use of Google services, or access to Google services.
"

According to that I would think that it would have to be non-commercial use.
Maybe you should email Google your question, since only they can answer it properly.

Getting Sketchup models into an acceptable FPSC format is not hard though, if you mean is it physically possible.

Do you not need the pro version of sketchup to use any models made in sketchup in commercial projects anyway?
