I finally found the way to do it and I want to share this with people as Ive searched the boards and I don't think there is too much info on how to do something like this with sin/cos maths

Just posting this for reference for anyone who might need it.

the formula.

X movement + sin(Y angle)*(sin(Z angle)-cos(Z angle)
Z movement + cos(Y angle)*(sin(Z angle)-cos(Z angle)
Y movement + sin(Z angle)
Y movement - cos(Z angle)

This is the basic idea of it but you could always add angle corrections and speed multipliers

qutie intresing for this to come up considering my physics started
A level tigonomety its very, fluid you can almost never get the same answer, with some questions having upto 8 in each lol ,
