Looks like a good start, but the base mesh model really lacks of detail and has an overuse of polygons, you don't need nearly that many edgeloops if you just want that detail, you could save thousands of polygons just making that change.
On the base mesh the feet also looks a little bit iffy to me, they seem so flat.
Now the sculpted high res mesh is pretty good, but you have (As other models from you from what I remember) some anatomy issues, mainly the crotch being giant for whatever reason and the abs being a bit too large (Looking from the second screenshot you posted that is), also in the second screenshot, but not the first, it seems as your model has giant breast-muscles while on the first one they're quite a bit better, but the thing that stands out to me there is the big space between the two muscles, I'd say make that gap a bit smaller.
Also you seem to add a lot of strange detail by the ribs, while yes you do have muscles there I think the ones that you added need some toning down.
