Hi just converted this plugin of mine to work with gdk , the static lib is in there and the header.

To get the commands look in the header the pretty self explainatry , kinda like gdks sound commands .

What's the advantage of using this versus GDK's sound?

My site, for various stuff that I make.

Its just for mp3s , there is a few nifty features like an echo/reverb processor , volume vu data so you can do volume metres and stuff to sound .

I have also heard that playing stuff with load music is a bit dodgy somtimes .

I could add midi commands too , also when i get round to it i will add all the mp3 tag info and stuff like that.

This seems a great initiative to me. Things like this should appear in one of the 'sticky' threads.
Maybe it should be time to add and/or update the 'user libraries' available for DGDK in one of these threads.

Great job chunks chunks

I suppose that the mytical function that provides real-time data about the music being played (usually used for syncronizing animations with the music) is out of scope here, or do you have any plans/concepts about it?

Once again, good job so far. Keep it up

Thankyou for your kind words , It`s been asked a few times for the real time data thingy , i have looked into and i know it requires fft but i haven`t actually got down to doing it yet ,think i`m shying away from it ,never the less i will do it eventually so watch this space.

also have u seen the vu meter commands , they might keep you happy for a while lol .
