Ok, to use keystate you have the function and then the number representing the key. Can I have chart or something that says what key corresponds to which key?

All the values are available within DirectX as defines with a prefix of DIK_.

E.g.
DIK_W has the scancode for the letter W
DIK_UP has the scancode for the up key

Look in the DX header file dinput.h for the full list.

Although if you noticed, dbMoveCamera moves also moves the y axis slightly.. Atleast for me it does, so if you want to move the camera in a straight line use this code

You can put the +1 on any axis you want the camera to increase. And if it is too fast, just use + .1 ect..
