I already have Cartography shop, and I need a terrain editor. I am on a highly strict budget, and get 3D World Studio will not be easy with my budget, but I might be able to get it.. Or, since I already got Cartography shop, should I just go for T.ED for my terrains? Or is there a better one that you can think of. I need an answer by tomorrow, seeing as that will be when I order it most likely.. I am currently leaning more for T.ED, due to budget.

Depends on whether or not you're flexible on how your terrain is put together.

For the outdoor levels I've been playing with I've decided to go with ExtendedTerrainXYZ. It sets up the terrain in tiled objects that are fully collision capable. (I use Sparky's with it)

And how do I go about paying in USD? Do I just do it with Paypal?

I was honestly looking at this product, but did not find a way to pay in USD...
