i dont know if this is true for purchased items, but for free ones it seems that we have a maximum of 5 downloads.

however, sometimes i try to download an item and an error occurs. when this happens, i don't get the file into fpsc, but my "number of downloads" increases (even though it shouldn't have). some items always mess up on the download, so i am up to 4 downloads just because the download kept glitching. i am scared to try again cuz if i go over the limit will i lose the free entity/platform?

after downloading a file which doesnt work (the file isnt in the fpsc entity/segment library after the DL, but my 'number of downloads' variable for that download still increases) i get a weird error, something about cannot get all the way-somethings? if i see it again ill put it up here

it's probably just the internet here. it cuts in and out sometimes, and that often messes up a lot of stuff

Indeed.

What happens if the download number is by five? Any way to reset this?

IF you have hit the limit and haven't successfully downloaded the item, contact support explain your situation and they can reset the limit for you.

Are you using a dial-up connection by any chance?
