If anyone has time I'd love to see a video tutorial on how to do texture baking in Max and how you export the baked textures for use in FPSC.

in my opinion, theres no easier uvmapper/texturer than in 3dsmax,so clean and simple, simply select the faces you want, apply a material, then select from the dropdown uvw map edit and select your options, then just go dropdown and unwrap uvw and just adjust your polygons and faces to the texture and voila, done

Try using google please. I searched the following:

texture baking in 3ds max

and the first link gave me:

http://www.maxfanatic.com/?p=24

That ought to be helpful, as since I already know how to do texture baking I can tell it's a good tutorial. Getting it into FPSC just follows the well established process of using the pandasoft DX exporter.

I personally prefer to export from Max and import into fragmotion, that way I know for certain if it will work in FPSC. I strongly suggest you get it.
