You're alright at making forms in modelling programs. However, you are not really good at making game models.
Game models need to be high quality with no unused polygons. Your models have lots of polygon wastage. For example, your floor model is nearly 250 polygons. The same shape can be done in 12, with no loss to quality.
You really need to learn to UVMap your models also. Look into some tutorials, and a program called LithUnWrap. It's the method of laying out your model in a texture-sheet format, so that you make most use of a texture, without wasting pixels or causing stretching.
Stick at it, what you've got is a pretty good base, but you need to learn some UV mapping skills, and brush up on making your models less polygon-wasting.
