Made a nice Mech Model, but I am not very good at UV Mapping and a little bit of Texturing my creations. If anyone can teach me how to UV Map and can show me the best UV Mapping Program, I would greatly appreciate it.

It looks like the gunner from Matrix Revolutions. The Mech could use work on cannons.

Honestly I would get rid of all the extruded faces and do that sorta detail with a texture. Otherwise the poly count looks decent, and any other details can be done with a good texture.

As for UVmapping, depending on the program your using, the basic principles are: cutting, unwrapping, export uvmap.

The easiest program I've ever used to unwrap is Wings3D..very easy to use..almost too easy
