i heard there was a way to get better lighting and shadows through editing it, does any one know what to change it to?

i think that you just find the shadows=0 line and change the 0 to a 1

-Change lightmap shadows to 1 (this is the "full lightmapping mode")
-Change lightmaptexsize to 1024 (or 2048 at most)
-Change lightmapquality to 100

I've heard of people making the lightmapquality up to 200, but I always thought it was a percentage, so I'm not sure anything over 100 is actually better...

Then click test and leave your computer for a week.

Bear in mind, using 1024 maps will increase load times significantly...
