Well, I have begun making some small model packs to sell on Turbosquid.

And here is my first one. Includes 2 versions of an abandoned, one windowed, and one boarded up.
Each model is under 500 tris and has an interior.

$0 for both models together.

i think $15 is a bit steep for only 2 buildings.
Mabe lowering the price would be for the best

But still nice

The textures lack of custom detail. Looks like you just put a photo on there.

Agreed, the textures need some work, they're very flat and look like they were slapped on. I'd say add some detail and definition.

Good luck selling though.

I wasn't trying to put down your models, I'm just saying you should add more detail to them. I'm taking a guess, but it looks like you just did a simple box uvmap and applied a seamless texture. If I'm wrong, then I apologize.

I'd say take the model, and properly cut it up into sections and unwrap it. Then apply your already made textures, then just start adding details.

Some ideas: cracks, flora, paint, weather damage, missing brick, broken shingles, exposed foundation, cracked windows, alpha channels for the windows, etc...

Hope this helps.

anyway, ill see what i can do, i exported it and am now trying to UV map it in lithunwrap... well see how this goes...

Well, this one isn't UV'ed (well, as in i did the UV). but i updated some of the textures, and added some other little details.

Can somebody please download it and tell me what ya think? (includes .x and .dbo)

I tried to load the model but the scale is so huge that I can't view it :p Think you can scale it down to 10% original size?

ok! got it, after oh idk an hour of surfing through all my modeling programs trying to find one that could actually resize the model. Turns out, i had to export from 3DWS, load and save again in Lithunwrap, then load into Truespace and resize... >.>

anyway, here ya go.
