I did not go all out on detail, seeing as IF I use this, it would be used for a future project, a RTS style, or a MMO (MAYBE, if I learn enough, I am learning a RPG now.) or basic programing practices with this, other than that, this was out of boredom.

The model looks fine, but that texture is really weird.

The textures on the Blade itself looks realy weird, as mentioned before: the handle could use some work

Texturing is what I need help with, I suck at it.

It is an amazing piece of 3D modeling, animating, rendering program. If I am not mistaken, people from LightWave created this.

I use Modo to paint the texture, then Gimp to fine tune it.

Ditto, but I don't think it's the texture; I think it's the normal map...
