when i start up either one it says unable to create 3D scene what am i supposed to do to make it run

I believe this is when he opens either Character Shop or T.ED.

It might be because your graphics card doesn't support it. Try going into options if possible or find an .ini file in the directory where you installed them and change the values to a minimum.

you might also want to try downloading the latest drivers for your graphics card, and also the latest DirectX 9.0c.

Without Music or Love the world would be a very empty place... Thank god I still have music.. --'-<@

I have no idea. Try tampering a little with the values. A commercial program shouldn't crash from that.

And follow =PRoF='s advice too...

ok but its a laptop not a desktop i dont know how to check the graphixs card or where to get the download all i know is that its windows xp has a pentium 4 processor and its probably from 2004
