I was wondering if you can save model packs that you buy to a memory stick and put it on another computer, as I may be getting a new computer

Well thats if you bought them from the game creators. If you bought them from a third party site then your out of luck.

Why not just copy the files from the game directory...

Or better yet, make sure you know EXACTLY where the installation EXE files are. I've kept mine safe, and I don't intend to lose them.
